Alison is a leadership coach and a trusted adviser on topics including strategic planning, organizational effectiveness and leadership development. She has more than 25 years of experience.

Education

Alison has an MBA in marketing and finance from Cornell University and a bachelor’s degree in electrical and computer engineering from Clarkson University.

  • Leadership coaching program, Georgetown University.
  • Certified facilitator for a host of leadership indicators and instruments, including MBTI, Bar-On Emotional quotient-Inventory (EQ-i), Conflict Dynamics (CDP) and more.

    Alison has held executive-level positions with management and human capital consulting organizations and has led numerous 100+ person teams. She specializes in helping leaders develop a strategic vision, align goals and priorities, and more effectively communicate with customers, stakeholders and employees.

    In addition to supporting individual and team coaching programs, Alison also leads organizational and team assessments, facilitates meetings and educates clients by delivering targeted leadership development training on topics including enhancing leadership presence, improving emotional intelligence, increasing influencing skills, managing conflict, providing effective feedback, setting clear expectations, motivating staff and maximizing employee engagement.

    She is also a coach and instructor for the Excellence in Government (EIG), Financial Leaders Program (FLP), and Leadership Excellence in Acquisition Programs (LEAP).

    Alison coaches private, nonprofit and public sector clients in administrative, financial, clinical, operational, research, scientific and technology disciplines. Her clients include C-suite and senior executive service leaders, with most current clients in mid- or senior-level management roles.

    Alison’s clients consistently provide favorable feedback on her coaching approach and style.
