At ISTE and NBPTS, Craig worked with education, corporate and public policy leaders, directing strategic initiatives that drove organizational transformation and public policy at the national, state and local levels. He has in-depth experience in implementing strategic plans; advocating for federal and state legislative and regulatory policy; conducting membership, branding, marketing and communication campaigns; and programming large and small events efforts that advanced organizational visions and missions.
As a senior leader with several national trade associations, Craig has extensive expertise implementing long-range strategic plans, a state-of-the-art association management program, improving industry brands and marketing of one of the nation’s largest international trade shows. Additionally, he developed and administered a national trade association’s government affairs program, advocating for corporate and industry interests in Washington, D.C.
Craig also has significant international experience in advancing education initiatives as well as in leading U.S.-Middle East diplomacy efforts through educational and cultural programming.
