Marialane is the founder and CEO of Innovative Outcomes Consulting Inc. and brings more than 25 years of successful leadership and employee development experience to the company. As a respected business executive, she has been responsible for major business operations, strategy and policy in Fortune 100 and defense organizations. As a key leader in these organizations, she has a track record of success in delivering results and leading employees through complex changes.

Education

Marialane earned her degree in economic and social development from the School for International Training in Brattleboro, Vermont, and holds the following professional designations:

  • Graduate of Leadership Coaching Program, Georgetown University.
  • Professional Certified Coach, International Coach Federation.
  • CCL's 360 Assessments, Center for Creative Leadership.
  • Certified Practitioner, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®.
  • In addition, Marialane has acquired various other Assessment certifications including, The Leadership Circle 360, Certified Resilient Leadership Coach and Certified Team Coach.

    Expertise

    Marialane provides consulting services to a variety of public, nonprofit and private sector clients. This includes executive coaching and business management consulting for major universities, law firms, business start-ups, edtech groups and various federal and Fortune 100 organizations operating in a variety of industries.

    Experience

    Marialane was previously the vice president of Fannie Mae’s Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS) Program Office and was responsible for managing policy, strategy and information technology for over $2.5 trillion in MBS securities. Through this and other leadership roles at Fannie Mae, Marialane offers extensive experience and knowledge in trust compliance, security disclosure requirements and managing large-scale operations for both cash and MBS acquisitions.

    Prior to Fannie Mae, Marialane served as the deputy executive director of the Defense Contract Management Agency’s (DCMA) business operations, workforce development and strategic planning. She was responsible for overseeing 14,000 personnel worldwide who managed nearly 350,000 defense contracts valued at over $900 billion.

    Before her post at DCMA, Marialane served as a senior staffer to the Clinton administration in the Office of the Federal Environmental Executive.
