We provided leadership coaching that focused on reading political dynamics and potential impacts to the agency’s business strategy, and emphasized cultivating relationships with key stakeholders who were important influencers on the agency’s ability to deliver on their mission while implementing enterprise-wide technology platforms.
IOCI supported client-leaders in applying systematic methods for assessing the political climate and areas of opportunity to influence important mission outcomes. We also worked with them to evaluate their current sphere of influence and whether it included key stakeholders who were critical to moving initiatives forward. With this assessment, we helped our clients craft an intentional and authentic approach to cultivating or deepening relationships with this stakeholder community. The net result over time was to expand networks and influence in a manner that facilitated mission delivery during tough and uncertain times.
