IOCI provided one-on-one executive coaching to help clients learn more about themselves, what future they wanted to design and how they might learn about their own limiting behaviors that could get in the way of the future they want. We also supported university C-level leaders to develop leadership practices and capabilities that were important to cultivating a culture of accountability, transparency and collective contribution.
IOCI helped client clarify its personal development and professional objectives, then created a strategy to pursue those objectives with discipline, rigor and self-reflection, always with a focus on that fact that what they could accomplish was greater than themselves.Many of these clients have launched their own firms, been promoted to executive level leadership or have found greater fulfillment in roles that they took the time to design for themselves during our coaching engagement.
